Mr. Jeremy brings up some valuable and useful insights in regard to the Fourth Amendment, and the expectation of personal privacy when an individual is in a public space (link). I appreciate the time he took to do so. He is indeed correct that the courts have ruled that there is no legal presumption or expectation of privacy when you walk out your front door and into public areas. County: Keeping An Eye On The Weather? Use The Local Weather And Storm Alert System
COUNTY News:
When lightning is detected within 10 miles of a Weather Station during operation hours, audible and visible alerts will activate.
The alert remains active for 30 minutes from the most recent lightning strike, with a visible countdown timer showing when it is safe to resume outdoor activities.
Local Weather Stations are located at Ashley Pond Park, Los Alamos County Golf Course, North Mesa Sports Complex, Overlook Park and Piñon Splash Pad in White Rock.
