The Los Alamos Police Department has released the two arrest warrants issued for the apprehension of Los Alamos urologist Pavel V. Mourachov.
The first Affidavit for Arrest Warrant, issued May 13, 2013 by Magistrate Judge Pat Casados, indicates there is probable cause that in September 2012, Pavel V. “We share our community’s concerns about Dr. Mourachov’s arrest and the allegations that continue to come to light. Destructive Dirt Funnel Above Barranca School
The destructive dirt funnel as it traveled above Barranca Mesa Elementary School today was captured on camera by a local citizen. The fierce wind ripped the roof off the school’s gymnasium and dropped it on the library and playground area.
