LAPS News: 

Field Day is an annual event that brings together all fifth and sixth graders from area elementary schools for a morning of fun activities at Sullivan Field.

The students were grouped with kids they don’t already know from other schools to help them get to know each other before heading to middle school.

The activities foster cooperation, teamwork, sharing names and exercise with new friends.
