Topper Girls Basketball Falls To Sundevils 52-45
The Los Alamos High School Hilltopper girls basketball team traveled to Española Tuesday to take on the Española Sundevils in a conference game. The Toppers played a strong game, but the Sundevils pulled away to win 52-45. Sofia Trujillo was the high point player for the Toppers with 12 points. Toppers Swim And Dive Team Shows Depth At Griffin Invite

As the swim season turns toward championship competitions in February, the Hilltopper Swim- Dive team showed a promising preview of what’s to come.
At Santa Fe’s Griffin Invitational, the girls rode several season-best swims to place second out of 18 teams, with 403 points. Albuquerque Academy took first with 430, and Clovis finished third with 332 points.
Also powered by season-best swims, the boys placed second out of 19 teams with 296 points, behind Academy with 334 points and ahead of Santa Fe High at third with its 239 points.

Atomic Tumblers Compete At Southwest Winter Fiesta

Last weekend the Los Alamos Atomic Tumblers traveled to Albuquerque to compete in the Southwest Winter Fiesta Invitational hosted by Precision Gymnastics of Albuquerque.
Emma Fadner was LASG’s high scorer of the day. Emma earned third place overall in the senior division of Bronze with a 36.85 in the all-around which included a third place finish on bars (9.00) and a 9.05 on floor for second.
