Hilltopper Girls Soccer Partners With LAYSL For A Day Of Mentorship

The Los Alamos High School girls soccer program recently teamed up with the Los Alamos Youth Soccer League girls teams for a special day of soccer, fun, and connection. Hilltopper players led sessions with the younger athletes, sharing skills, encouragement, and plenty of smiles.

While most classmates caught a few extra hours of sleep, Los Alamos High School (LAHS) and Los Alamos Middle School (LAMS) mountain bike team athletes were on the mountain at first light Saturday, tools in hand.

Durango Named Host City For 2030 Union Cycliste Internationale Mountain Bike World Championships

DURANGO — The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has announced that Durango, Colo., will be the host city of the 2030 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships.
The event marks the 40th anniversary of when the town of Durango and Purgatory Resort hosted the very first UCI mountain bike world championship races in 1990.

Los Alamos golfer Mike Randow scored a ‘Hole In One’ on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, on Hole #6 at 130 yards, at the Los Alamos Golf Course. He used his 9 iron. The ball landed about a foot past the hole before spinning back into the cup for his first ‘Ace’ ever.
