LA Slam Varsity Girls and 8th Grade Boys Return Champions
Both the LA Slam Varsity Girls and 8th grade boys teams returned home as Champions this weekend. Both teams won their levels in the Del Norte Tournament. LA Slam is the Los Alamos club basketball team sponsored by the Hilltopper Basketball Academy. They defeated Del Norte 42-34 Sunday afternoon. Los Alamos Golfer Makes 7th Lifetime Hole In One!
Golfer Ted Ball of Los Alamos got his 7th lifetime hole in one Friday at the SCAGA Santa Ana 4 Ball Championship at the Santa Ana Pueblo course near Bernalillo. Ball is shown here after making his 6th hole in one at the Los Alamos Golf Course Oct. 6, 2013 at the 15th hole during the Brodie Anderson Tournament.
