Alex Kirk left Florida this morning and is now in Chicago where he will tryout Tuesday with the Bulls.
Kirk, 22, of Los Alamos was a Lobos basketball player who graduated May 16 from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque with a business degree.
He announced in April that he would forgo his senior season and declare for the NBA Draft. His father Alan Kirk confirmed with the Los Alamos Daily Post today that 12 teams have invited Kirk to tryout.

The National High School Athletic Coaches Association has announced the advancement of Los Alamos resident Allan Lockridge, a coach at Pojoaque Valley High School, as a finalist for the National High School Athletic Coaches Association’s National Coach of the Year in the sport of Boys Cross Country.

Registration Opens for LAHS Summer Volleyball Camp

The Los Alamos High School Volleyball team is hosting a Summer Youth Skills Camp in June. The camp is open to both girls and boys entering 3rd through 8th grade.
