NCRTD Receives Clean FY2014 Audit
NCRTD News:
The North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD) has received an Unqualified Opinion with no findings and no carryovers as reported in its Fiscal Year 2014 Independent Auditor’s Report.
The findings, which have been verified by the New Mexico State Auditor’s office, were presented today at the NCRTD monthly Board meeting by Farley Vener, President of Hinkle and Landers, P.C., which conducted the audit.
The report issued an Unqualified Opinion with no new findings and no carryovers. A carryover last year was resolved in the current year. The report also found no liquidity issues. Read More

Valles Caldera Elk Hunt Lottery Opens

JEMEZ SPRINGS – Beginning this week and running until midnight March 18, public land hunters may enter the Valles Caldera Trust’s lottery for a chance to hunt for Rocky Mountain elk this fall on the Valles Caldera National Preserve. The Valles Caldera is known nationally for its large elk herds and quality hunting experience.
