SANTA FE—A substitute bill for the General Appropriations Act (SB 313), which proposes a $6.19 billion budget package, was heard and passed unanimously on the Senate floor Tuesday.

SANTA FE—The public is invited to comment on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s second amendment to the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The program will serve as a four-year plan for the state’s federal aid highway program.
