Bill to Reverse ‘Brain Drain’ Clears Senate Floor

SANTA FE—Senate Bill 36, an initiative carried by Senate Majority Whip Tim Keller, D-Bernalillo, seeks to help reverse the “brain-drain” in New Mexico. The bill cleared the Senate Floor Monday and now heads to the House of Representatives.

SANTA FE—House Bill 15, which prohibits the sale of e-cigarettes to minors, has passed the Senate Public Affairs Committee (SPAC) and now heads to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
