Gutierrez, 65, of Corpus Christi, Texas, to 10 years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for his convictions for conspiracy, theft of government property, obstruction of justice, and money laundering.

The public is invited to attend the official “swearing in” ceremony for newly-appointed Los Alamos Probate Judge Christine Chandler at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19 in Council Chambers at the new Municipal Building, 1000 Central Ave.
