Champions of Youth Ambitions is pleased to announce the winners of the 2026 Mikey Aslam Scholarship. This year, the Aslam family will send off three LAHS seniors with a $1,000 boost to their educational journey.

Christian Youth In Action To Lead Bible Club, Vacation Bible School In June & July

Twenty-one teens from Northern New Mexico are attending a Christian Youth in Action summer missionary training camp the first week of June. Then, they will be teaching six Vacation Bible Schools and one 5-Day Bible Club in June and July.  

The Clubs are free and open to children ages 4-12. They will feature Bible and missionary stories, songs, games, snacks, crafts, Scripture memory, contests and prizes.

The Mexican Spotted Owl is a medium-sized, nocturnal bird that typically roosts during the day in cool, shaded areas and hunts at night, feeding on small mammals, birds, and insects.
