As a former school board member, I know that changing schedules is the “third rail” of school administration. I applaud the Albuquerque Public Schools for having the courage to recognize the science and move their high school start times later in the morning. The Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) Respiratory Care Therapy program will host a free series of information sessions as follows:
- 10 a.m. to noon May 2;
- Noon to 2 p.m. May 4;
- 10 a.m. to noon May 9; and
- Noon to 2 p.m. May 11.
All sessions are in Room 433 in the Health and Sciences Building on the SFCC Campus at 6401 Richards Ave. in Santa Fe.
