PHOENIX – The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is partnering with community-based organizations across the country to promote Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Awareness Day, an effort to alert millions of low and moderate-income workers who may be missing out on a significant tax credit that can be as much as $6,000.

CAPE MAY, N.J. – Los Alamos native Jill Simcox has been selected as the Coast Guard District Five Spouse of the year and has advanced to the semi-final round to be considered for the National Military Spouse of the Year award.

PHOENIX — The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is warning New Mexico taxpayers to be on the lookout for unscrupulous tax return preparers pushing inflated tax refund claims.

LAHS Students Compete In North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad Thursday

Several students from the newly formed Los Alamos High School Linguistics Club will compete Thursday in the first round of the North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad.
