It is with great sadness that the family of Solvi Kjellman announces her passing on February 21, 2017 after a brief illness.

A resident of Los Alamos since 1973, Solvi was born in Oslo, Norway on June 25, 1944. She leaves behind her husband of 45 years, Burton Wendroff, and her two children, Kjell E. Kjellman and Monica Kjellman-Chapin and their partners Colin Haines and Benjamin Kjellman-Chapin.

Her feisty spirit, passion for spirited debate, love of reading, generosity, and zeal for life will live on through them, though she will be forever missed.

Jerome J. Erpenbeck, age 83, a long-time resident of Los Alamos, passed away from cardiac arrest on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at home.

Jerry was born to Charles and Adele (Berger) Erpenbeck in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 22, 1933. After finishing Covington Latin High School he studied Chemistry and Mathematics at Thomas More College. He was awarded a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from University of Louisville and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign.

Donald F. Cameron, age 85 a resident of Los Alamos passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. He was preceded in death by his son, David Cameron; brother, Barry; Parents, Federick and Mae Cameron; Uncle, Harold Cameron.

He was commissioner of the Boy Scouts of New Mexico, he was a cyclist and a proud member of the Ski Patrol. He worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory for 18 years, and worked on the Rover Project at the Nevada Test Site. He had a sense of humor that will always be missed.
