Brent A. Burtschell, age 69 a resident of White Rock, NM passed away June 18, 2016 due to a motorcycle accident. He was born June 23, 1946 in Crescent City, CA to Margaret and Bruce Burtschell.

Brent is preceded in death by his father Bruce Burtschell, mother Margaret Burtschell, wife Manuelita Burtschell and sister Blythe Unican.

Rosemary Whalen, a long time resident of Los Alamos passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 22, 2016. 

Rosemary was a precious daughter, beloved wife, treasured mother and dear friend. She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Paul P. Whalen, her children: Sheryl (George) Lorraine (Chuck) Kathleen, Paul (Andrea) Michael (Kathleen) and Bill (Heidi) as well as 12 grandchildren and 4 great grand children.  

The family is deeply grateful to everyone who helped care for Rosemary during her long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Linda Harris, 70, beloved mother and wife, passed away peacefully from this life to the next on June 12, 2016 after a long courageous struggle with esophageal and lung cancer.

Linda was born January 24, 1946 in St. Louis, MO. At the age of 4, Linda’s family moved to Albuquerque, NM where she attended grade school through high school. She married Eddie Harris and they moved to Los Alamos where they lived until her passing.
