Update: Los Alamos School Board candidate Naishing Key just told the Los Alamos Daily Post that she was glad to see people active in running for school board this time around because in the past there have been times when that wasn’t the case. “After seeing there are good candidates and weighing my situation, I decided to withdraw,” Key said.

The Supreme Court on Monday unanimously struck down the Water Quality Control Commission’s unprecedented decision to block the Attorney General’s Office from upcoming hearings on the rule that protects New Mexico water from industrial dairy waste.
