Three Televised Debates to Give Voters Unscripted Opportunity to See Where Senatorial Candidates Stand

U.S. Senatorial Candidate Heather Wilson announced today that she has accepted invitations to participate in three televised debates put on by New Mexico’s three major television broadcast stations.
“By accepting all three of these televised debates during the month of October, prior to the general election on Nov. 6, 90 percent of New Mexicans will be able to see Rep. (Martin) Heinrich and me give unscripted answers to questions about how we will get our country back on track,” Wilson said.

In a 5-4 majority, the U.S. Supreme Court, moments ago, announced that it upholds the Obama Administration law that requires most Americans to get health insurance by 2014 or pay a financial penalty.

I would like to thank everyone in Los Alamos who took the time to meet with me over the past few weeks. I truly enjoyed getting to know my neighbors on the hill, and will continue to work with you to address issues of mutual concern as a Rio Arriba County Commissioner.
