Van Gogh’s ‘A Self Portrait’ photographed Tuesday in the Vincent van Gogh museum in Amsterdam during a tour by local area residents Liddie and Rick Martinez. Vincent Willem van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist painter  among the most famous and influential in the history of Western art. In just over a decade he created approximately 2,100 artworks, including around 860 oil paintings, most of them in the last two years of his life. The Contemporary Clay Fair has announced its 20th annual fall sale 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 18-19 in Santa Fe.

This popular show features 20+ top ceramic artists from across New Mexico exhibiting functional dinnerware, sculptural art, jewelry and fantastic unique gifts.

The community is invited to meet and talk with the artists and explore local contemporary clay art.

This year the Dixon Studio Tour (DST) celebrates its 42nd tour, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (each day) Nov. 4-5 and you can plan your studio visits now. The Dixon Studio Tour map is out.

After a six-year hiatus, Trinity on the Hill (TOTH) Episcopal Church is bringing back Jeff Favorite’s one-man storytelling of the Gospel of Mark.

The performances will be 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4. The doors open for refreshments and coffee 30 minutes before the performance time. Performances will take place at Trinity on the Hill, 3900 Trinity Dr.
