“The Mustang” pairs a violent prison inmate with a raging mustang caught in the wild. Come one, come all! It’s time to fly kites! Los Alamos Arts Council presents the 22nd Annual Kite Festival. Kids of all ages are invited to the Spiro Soccer Fields at Overlook Park in White Rock.

The arts council  will hold Kite Building workshops noon to 2 p.m. Saturday May 18 and Sunday May 19.

Los Alamos Arts Council volunteers will help children build kites, or just give them guidance in designing a kite if they are of the age that they just want to color.
