Annual Hawk To Hilltopper Event At Urban Park May 31 … Let The Famous Shaving Cream War Begin!

The Los Alamos County Recreation Division announces the annual Hawk to Hilltopper event noon to 2 p.m. Friday, May 31 at Urban Park.
 
The event is a celebration for 8th grade students transitioning to high school. Students will be treated to a BBQ lunch, inflatable toys and the famous shaving cream war.
 
The event will end with the Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) hosing off the students after the shaving cream war.

Principal Organist at the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City, Richard Elliott appears on the Friends of Cathedral Music’s 25th anniversary season in memory of scientist and organist Dr. Robert E. Seamon.
