SANTA FE – Pie Town. This tiny community tucked in southwestern New Mexico has a name that will pique your curiosity and make your mouth water at the same time.

Today, the New Mexico Tourism Department released the latest New Mexico True Story, “Pie Town,” a tribute to the state’s smallest town with the biggest sweet tooth. The release comes right before the community’s largest annual event, the Pie Festival.

JEMEZ SPRINGS—A new event in Jemez Springs is sure to stir up some enthusiasm over Labor Day weekend – the first ever Big Foot Barbecue and Blues Fest, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2.

They were spotted once with their mother but usually are in a particular backyard by themselves. They have nice spots typical of fawns. The 2017 class of the SFO Apprentice Singers will return to entertain us at 8 p.m. Sunday. Twenty-four of this year’s 44 apprentices appeared at least once in last Sunday’s program. Twenty-eight will appear at least once this Sunday, and eight will have performed in both programs.

‘Hunted By My Ex’ Completes Filming In New Mexico

SANTA FE  New Mexico Film Office Director Nick Maniatis announced that the theatrical motion picture “Hunted By My Ex”, produced by Vociferous Films, LLC has filmed in Albuquerque. 
 
The production employed 30 New Mexico crew members, 14 New Mexico principal actors and approximately 60 New Mexico background talent.

This year, four individuals were awarded the “Best of the Best” award – a beautiful hand crafted glass dish created by local glass artist David F. Schuster.
