‘CBS This Morning’ Features Los Alamos in National Historic Park Video

Demolition of the Shamrock Gas Station on the southwest corner of Trinity Drive and Knecht Street is moving full speed ahead in preparation for the construction of a Smith’s branded gas station.

Smith’s will lease the property from Polk JT Properties. The Los Alamos County Council has approved a lease agreement with North American Development Group (NADG), paving the way for the development of Trinity Place.
