JEMEZ SPRINGS, NM — For the second year in a row, Jemez Springs will transform into a two-mile long art venue during the second annual “I Heart Jemez Arts” festival, over Labor Day weekend – from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.
