Easter is my favorite holiday for several reasons: When the kids are little, Easter lasts all day. As long as you have the energy to hide the eggs, the kiddos will have energy to find them. It is more about the engagement than the gifts.

A multi-generational pool at the Larry R. Walkup Aquatic Center is one of the projects included in the Los Alamos recreation bond. If voters pass the bond, the pool would offer features for infants to senior citizens to enjoy.

Senior Web Developer Pam Justice presents the new website for Los Alamos County at Tuesday’s County Council meeting. Justice explains that the new website was necessary because the former site was 8 years old and no longer supported by Microsoft. She added that the objectives for the new site include reducing costs, improving services and improving communication.
