Democratic Party of Los Alamos County Chair Cat Ozment and Megan Green moderated the Democratic Party of Los Alamos sponsored Virtual Forum Thursday evening on Local Policy.

Poplars Replacing Unhealthy Trees At Community Park

Unhealthy trees have been removed this week from Community Park across the street from Bathtub Row Brewing.
The project is part of the Los Alamos County tree restoration project and funded from the Park’s Division small caps budget approved for FY21.
The County is replacing unhealthy trees around the park with 10 Poplars and have also been trimming some of the trees around Fuller Lodge.

Motorists can expect a lane closure and flagging operations on Sherwood Blvd because of work on the Pinon Park Splash Pad project. The contractor will be working on a water line tie-in, weather and scheduling dependent.
