SHELTER News:

Milton is the most petite Chihuahua that shelter staff and volunteers have seen in a while.

He is a bit underweight, so he hopes that his new owners will help him get to a healthier weight. He needs a fun, playful home where he will get lots of attention. He loves learning new tricks and is very treat and food motivated, so he would likely be easy to train.

Los Alamos County Animal Shelter hours are noon to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturdays and noon to 3 p.m., Sundays.
