Pet of the Week: Archangel the Cat

SHELTER News:

Archangel is a big Russian Blue neutered male cat left at the front door of the shelter.

He was a little uncertain about the shelter at first, but he warms up quickly to shelter volunteers.

His cute little face makes him look perpetually grumpy, but his purr tells a different story.

Russian Blues can be quite sensitive, so Archangel would like a home where he gets lots of love and attention.

The Los Alamos Animal Shelter, 226 East Road, has a wide selection of adoptable pets.

All adoptable pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and brought up-to-date on vaccinations. Dogs are checked Read More

Several residents ask officers each summer about enforcement or citations when it involves barking dogs.

All of that is barely scratching the surface of what my summer is going to be like.

This is just a sample of some of the fun the Los Alamos County Libraries have planned for the children and teens of our community. That’s right, I get to have Read More
