I’ve heard many times that the county’s job is to support the lab. I won’t disagree with that statement: the lab plays a critical role in northern New Mexico and it is imperative that the lab remains successful. My belief is that the best way for Los Alamos to support the lab is to maintain and improve curb appeal that will draw new, fresh and young scientists to the lab.
The best way to maintain that appeal is to strengthen local business. Many county policies and procedures are inhibitive to the growth of business and
