The Los Alamos Arts Council’s (LAAC) Spring Arts and Crafts Fair is a long-standing tradition in Los Alamos. Each year, the local nonprofit organization strives to present the community with an event that features quality and variety.

Embroiderers’ Guild Hosts Tea Party May 5

PAJARITO CHAPTER News:

The Pajarito Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America invites anyone interested in embroidery to join them for a tea party at 6 p.m., May 5 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2390 North Road in Los Alamos.

The tea party is one of the guild’s annual socials to expose interested individuals to embroidery, what embroidery is and how it can be used modernly.

As winter turns officially to spring and summer is at hand, it is a wonderful time for photography. No one knows this better than local photographer, Maria Thibodeau. Thibodeau teaches English at Los Alamos High School in addition to her career as a photographer.
