Existing home sales edged up in January and February both in Los Alamos and across the nation.

According to a recent report from the National Association of Realtors, the U.S. could be seeing a sellers’ market developing.

Here in Los Alamos County, 30 homes sold in January and February 2013. That’s up from 17 homes sold in January and February 2012.
