PHOENIX – The Internal Revenue Service has announced the adoption of a “Taxpayer Bill of Rights” that will become a cornerstone document to provide the nation’s taxpayers with a better understanding of their rights.

Georgina Williams, former Los Alamos Public School District prevention specialist and licensed therapist, has accepted the position of executive director for Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service (LAVNS) effective June 2. Joining Williams on the leadership team is Debbie Storms, RN, as director of clinical services.
