  • 6 medium size onions, sliced (rings Preferred)
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cups White Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 7 Cups beef broth(I prefer 5 cans of Campbell’s consommé plus one box of Swanson’s beef broth –NO SALT)

Ingredients:
 
9 slices of good white bread with the crusts taken off and torn in to about ½ – ¾ inch pieces
1- 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained very well
4 large eggs
¼ cup of melted butter
1 cup sugar
 
Directions:
 
Put the bread pieces in a medium bowl and set aside. Mix together pineapple, sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix this very well. Pour over the top of the bread pieces and GENTLY mix together for just a few turns.
