Los Alamos Public Schools (LAPS) is currently accepting open enrollment applications for the 2026–2027 school year. Students who reside outside of Los Alamos County and wish to attend a Los Alamos public school may learn more and submit an application at: https://www.laschools.net/families-students/registration.
Applications are available for students eligible for preschool, and kindergarten through 12th grade.

The Los Alamos County Community Services Department will host a Summer Vendor Meeting from 5:30–7 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, at Fuller Lodge, with a virtual option to attend available.
This meeting is open to all businesses, food vendors, and artisans interested in participating in upcoming county events. Attendees will learn about the vendor application process, permitting requirements, and event opportunities for the 2026 season.

The Free Palestine Series will host a free community screening of The Voice of Hind Rajab at 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 24 at SALA Event Center, 2551 Central Ave.
Admission is free and open to the public. The screening is expected to be the only opportunity for Los Alamos residents to see the film on a big screen, as it has received extremely limited US theatrical distribution.
