Crews with the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities have been working long hours to restore natural gas to approximately 800 North Mesa customers.
 
Unexpectedly, the gas line feeding North Mesa residents was depressurized Wednesday afternoon, during a gas line tie in.

The Los Alamos County Council is preparing to publicly interview, in Council Chambers this evening, the following local residents who submitted letters of interest to fill a vacancy on Council created by the resignation of Ron Selvage in August:
