Council Questions Three Finalists
County Council selected from left, Rick Reiss, Ralph Phelps and Stephen Boerigter from the field of seven applicants to fill a vacancy on Council. Reiss received five votes and Phelps received four votes. Boerigter prevailed in a second round of voting after having tied at three votes with Andrea Cunningham. - John L. Bliss – Works at LANL – Republican;
