ALBUQUERQUE — John Dompierre, 58, of Avondale, Ariz., pleaded guilty March 28 in Federal Court to perjury.

Sept. 10, 2020, federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment charging Dompierre with one count of conspiracy and one count of transportation for illegal sexual activity.

Dompierre went to trial on those charges in November 2021, but a mistrial was ordered Nov. 5, 2021, when the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.

ALBUQUERQUE — Faith Nicholle Sullivan, 27, of Shiprock and an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, was arraigned in federal court April 1 on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Agents learned at about 12:36 a.m., that the Los Lunas Police Department (LLPD) attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a red Hyundai sedan near 702 Los Lentes Road in Los Lunas.
