Hearing Set For Man Charged With Indecent Exposure

COURT News:

A criminal complaint has been filed in Los Alamos Municipal Court charging Gustavo Salaiz, 19, of Los Alamos with indecent exposure in connection with a June 28 incident at Mesa Public Library.  A hearing date has been set for July 31 in Municipal Court.

LAPD Seeks Two Members Of Group Of Four Involved In Recent Shoplifting Incidents At Smith’s Marketplace

LAPD News:

The Los Alamos Police Department is looking for husband and wife Felicia Lopez and Dominic Lopez of El Rito, part of a team of four shoplifters who have been spotted stealing from Smith’s Marketplace over the last few weeks.

Marion Loope Pleads Not Guilty … Remains In Jail

Marion Loope, 35, of Los Alamos pleaded not guilty June 27 in First Judicial District Court in Los Alamos before Judge Jason Lidyard to charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on a household member and battery on a household member. She will remain in custody pending trial. Loope faces one to five years minus a day of incarceration if convicted of the two charges.

White Rock Woman Charged With Embezzlement

COURT News:

A criminal summons was issued July 2 for Susan Price, 55, of White Rock on a charge of third degree embezzlement of more than $2,500 from Zia Realty Group where she was employed as a bookkeeper.

A hearing date is set for July 27 before Los Alamos Magistrate Judge Pat Casados.

Court documents filed by Los Alamos Police Det. Joseph Robinson indicate that Zia Realty Group owners James and Jacqueline Chrobocinski reported to him in November that while Price was on vacation Jacqueline discovered abnormalities in the amounts paid to three contractors hired by Zia Realty Group.
