ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Francisco B. Burrola, Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations El Paso, has announced that Jeffery Dean Biddle was sentenced to life in prison.

Biddle, 42, of Deming, pleaded guilty Oct. 26 to production and attempted production of child pornography, receipt and attempted receipt of child pornography, and enticement and attempted enticement of a minor.

ALBUQUERQUE – Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced today that Christopher Adam Jensen-Tanner pleaded guilty to wire fraud and engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity.

Jensen-Tanner, 44, of Roswell, is not in custody.

ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced that Nicholas Pinto has pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence in Indian Country.

ALBUQUERQUE — Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced Wednesday that Betrina Harry Grey was sentenced to 37 months in prison.

Grey, 31, of Pinedale, New Mexico, and an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, pleaded guilty Oct. 11, 2022, to one count each of involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Upon her release from prison, Grey will be subject to 3 years of supervised release.
