Blue Window Bistro Announces Menu For July 25 ¡Fiesta Los Alamos!

Mark your calendar for ¡Fiesta Los Alamos!, a festive event taking place 6-10 pm. Saturday, July 25 at Fuller Lodge.

All proceeds raised at ¡Fiesta Los Alamos!, a fundraiser of the Los Alamos Rotary STARS, will support a shelter for the parents of children receiving treatment in Juarez, Mexico who are forced by poverty to sleep on the street while their children are in the hospital.

The Blue Window Bistro, a Gold sponsor and caterer of the event, has announced the menu as follows (subject to change):

Growing up, this was the only potato salad we ate, usually prepared in large quantities by my Grandmother Mabel for the summertime holiday celebrations in St. Louis.

It’s best when served near room temperature, or just a little warmer, so if you make it in advance take the chill off it before serving. Plans In Final Stages For July 4th Extravaganza
