UNM-LA To Hold Front Entrance Ribbon Cutting April 29

UNM-LA News:

UNM-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) will host a ribbon cutting Wednesday, April 29, from noon to 1 p.m. to mark the completion of Phase 1 of the Open Space Project. The event will be held at the front entrance stairs.

The ceremony will be followed by cake and campus tours. All are welcome.

Report: New Mexico Climbs National Preschool Rankings

SANTA FE — New Mexico ranks seventh in the nation for preschool access among 3-year-olds and 11th in the nation among 4-year-olds, according to a new report released Wednesday by the National Institute for Early Education Research.  

New Mexico also ranked fifth nationally in state spending per child, above the national average and higher than many larger and wealthier states.

School Board Selects Elisa Baker To Fill District 1 Vacancy
