Los Alamos filmmaker Marina Giorgii began making films eight years ago. Giorgi produced a short film a couple of years ago, but was dissatisfied with the way it was directed. She decided the next time she would direct her film herself.

Sorry for the wait and I know many of you have been asking, and we finally got a print of All is Lost starring Robert Redford. It will open Friday for a one week run only. This very fine film is getting the Oscar buzz in a big way. I hope we can have great attendance so we can continue to bring some thoughtful, smart films to our town.

Atomic City Children’s Theater Holds Auditions for Disney Aladdin, Jr.

Atomic City Children’s Theater (ACCT), the Los Alamos Public Schools’ award winning after-school theater program, is excited to announce auditions for their Mid-School production of Disney Aladdin, Jr., a two-act musical play based on the full-length movie of the same name.
