This month’s balance pose is a perfect next step from last month’s pose (Holy Fig Tree). Hopefully this past month you practiced and have started to develop the tools – strength, balance, skill and flexibility to work with balancing poses. A bill that would expand healthcare benefits for millions of veterans exposed to toxic “burn pits” during their military service is heading toward President Joe Biden’s desk for signature into law.

County: COVID-19 Vaccine/Booster Clinic Expanded To Include All Eligible Individuals

COUNTY News:

In conjunction with Los Alamos County, Premier Medical Group (PMG) has expanded the COVID-19 vaccine/booster clinic scheduled for Monday, Aug. 8, to include all eligible individuals, not just children 6 months to 5 years.

PMG will administer Moderna and Pfizer vaccines 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the First Baptist Church, 2200 Diamond Dr. in Los Alamos.

Insurance and identification are not required. While walk-ins are accepted, appointments are preferred.
