SANTA FE – The Income Support Division office at 3604 San Jose Blvd., in Carlsbad is temporarily closed after an employee tested positive for COVID-19, and will reopen Monday, Dec. 7, the Human Services Department announced today.

Customers should use the Income Support Division online portal at www.yes.state.nm.us to apply for benefits, submit documents for eligibility, check the status of their case, and obtain other important benefit information.

NMED COVID-19 Business Watchlist For Nov. 27, 2020

The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) has updated its daily Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist, which includes New Mexico places of employment that have had two or more rapid responses in the last 14 days.

There are 237 establishments on the Watchlist.

The current Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist and closure list, which includes all establishments that are currently required to be closed, are posted here.

The state of New Mexico announced today a tiered ‘Red to Green’ system for counties in the next phase of COVID-19 response (link). The New Mexico Departments of Health and Environment announced a new initiative Tuesday that offers greater public health protections to employees and customers of essential businesses while avoiding closure requirements.
