In light of the current surge in positive case counts and ongoing pandemic emergency, coupled with the ongoing public health order mandates prohibiting large gatherings, Los Alamos County officials announced this week that there will not be a holiday tree in the lobby of the Municipal Building next week.

NMDOH To Introduce COVID-19 Saliva Tests Starting Today

SANTA FE – The New Mexico Department of Health, evolving with the demands of COVID-19, will begin administering an FDA-approved COVID test that involves swabbing the mouth to collect a saliva sample.
The department will begin offering the test today at Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque.

NMED COVID-19 Business Watchlist For Nov. 22, 2020
The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) has updated its daily Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist, which includes New Mexico places of employment that have had two or more rapid responses in the last 14 days.
There are 272 establishments on the Watchlist as of today.
The current Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist and closure list, which includes all establishments that are currently required to be closed, are posted here.
