Effective today, the state of New Mexico eased restrictions for travelers incoming from out of state. Travelers from 11 low-risk states are now exempt from the mandatory self quarantine requirement. For a state to be classified as a low risk, it must meet two criteria: (i) test positivity rate below 5 percent and (ii) seven-day average of daily diagnoses below 8 per 100,000 residents.
