WASHINGTON, D.C. ― The Office of Justice Programs’ National Institute of Justice today announced publication of a multi-agency research study identifying recent advancements and examining recognized challenges in the fight against synthetic opioids.
 
The open access article is the product of fourteen subject matter experts from NIJ, government, industry and academia, who looked at potential solutions concerning information sharing and the availability of resources, as well as gaps in knowledge for further research.
