Balance, strength and grace. We all want it don’t we?

Okay, maybe I am only looking for the combination of those three things. Side Arm Plank Pose, to me, is the epitome of these three characteristics. I remember when this pose was out of my league and so difficult.

Los Alamos County Airport Re-opens After Closing Wednesday Due To Hazardous Weather Conditions

After closing down Wednesday morning due to hazardous weather conditions, the Los Alamos County Airport re-opened at 4 p.m. today, Feb. 3.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued the appropriate NOTAMS (Notice to Airmen or Notice to Air Missions) for the Airport’s surface conditions (compacted snow and ice). These will be updated as conditions change.6:50:59 PM18:51:28
