Los Alamos County & LANL To Conduct Joint Emergency Preparedness Exercise Around Town Wednesday May 22

County/LANL News:

Los Alamos County and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) have scheduled a joint emergency preparedness exercise for Wednesday, May 22.

The exercise will test the preparedness of the County and Laboratory personnel, and their response in the case of an actual emergency.

The exercise will begin at 9 a.m. and last approximately five hours.

The event is only an exercise.

While several divisions across the County are participating, no County services or facilities will be impacted, including emergency and public safety services. Likewise, there will be no disruption to Read More
