Los Alamos Police Douse Local Firefighters!

With a final score of 13-11, Los Alamos Police officers reined victorious today over Los Alamos Firefighters in a baseball game played at Overlook Park. The game was a continuation of a Fourth of July matchup that ended abruptly when a fire broke out at the New Beginnings Church on East Road. Police Halt Jail Fight This Morning

LAPD News:

A fight between inmates broke out this morning at the Los Alamos County Detention Center.

Police officers stepped in and stopped the fight quickly.

Los Alamos Fire Department EMTs were called to the scene and are transporting this 24-year-old inmate to the Los Alamos Medical Center as a precaution.

Medic 3 considers this a non-emergency transport.

The cause of the fight is not readily known.

Fire and Police Host Final ‘Movie in the Park’ Event
