Heinrich Vies For New Mexico To Be Future Host Of Outdoor Retailer Trade Show

WASHINGTON, D.C. ― U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) has released a letter vying for New Mexico to host the Outdoor Retailer trade show, which generates more than $45 million in annual economic impact. 

Over the last 20 years, the trade show, hosted by the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) representing more than 1,200 outdoor businesses nationally, has been held in Salt Lake City.

SANTA FE ― Feb. 14, the House Judiciary Committee unanimously passed a bill sponsored by Reps. Monica Youngblood (R-Bernalillo) and Sharon Clahchischilliage (R-San Juan) to shield child protective service employees from harm.

SANTA FE – Wednesday evening, the House of Representatives unanimously passed House Bill 15, known as the Data Breach Notification Act. The legislation is sponsored by Rep. Bill Rehm (R-Bernalillo).
